Infokeeper is a web-based package, offering the client online control and access to their records on our database through the web server.

Infokeeper utilises a variety of tools to provide maximum security, ensuring secure communication from website to the user’s browser.

Users are required to pass through two login screens to gain access to data. Domain blocking and/or IP blocking is in place to ensure that InfoKeeper is only being accessed from within the appropriate organisation, rather than an outside workstation.

Users can be limited to certain tasks, therefore assisting in the integrity of the database and account information, as well as having restricted access to information, ensuring levels of confidentiality.

InfoKeeper enables Shredall customers to accomplish account management tasks such as data entry, as well as initiating requests for service and tracking purposes.
