Offsite Document Storage 

There is no safer or more convenient way to store your valuable business records than with SDS. We will pick up your records and properly store them in one of our secure, organized and fire/damage-safe record centres. With a simple phone call we can deliver your records directly to you - 500 boxes or a single file. The process is fast, efficient and courteous.

Boxed Storage

We store your corporate records in your own boxes but can provide our own.  SDS boxes are extremely durable and store all types of files.  We supply a unique barcode; you add a reference number and the destruction date.

Collection & Delivery

SDS's customised fleet of vehicles securely transport business records to and from your office. All vehicles are kept clean.  All drivers have been security vetted to BS 7858:2004 and are CRB checked. Drivers are trained to transport your records with care and courtesy at all times. 

When boxes/files are ready for storage, SDS will uplift them from your site.  We scan all boxes on collection before moving them to our Incoming Hold Area. Finally we place your boxes onto our custom built shelving, within the Record Centres. Each box is scanned a minimum of 3 times, guaranteeing a fully auditable trail.  Please see "Tracking Software" for more information on our comprehensive barcoded system.

Indexing

If you do not have time to pack your boxes, our friendly, trained staff will do that for you, providing a full inventory of file location to save you time and money.  Let SDS provide this service and leave your staff to concentrate on their core job roles.

Retrieval

If you require a file or box - simply ring / email / fax.  All requests are answered within 30 minutes.

  • Date and time order was processed
  • Date and time service is carried out
  • Details of items scanned out
